How does the 10-session package work?

All packages are valid for 2 months from date of purchase. That means you have 2 months to use your 10 open pool sessions (not calendar months, but approximately 60 days). Mindbody will track this automatically. When you’ve finished your package, you will be prompted to purchase a single session or another package.

Can I sign up for open pool without pre-paying?

Yes, you may sign up for any of our programs without advanced payment.

How do I pay for Open Pool using the app?

The app does not seem to have any options to purchase Open Pool. However, you may use the “online store” on our Mindbody website if you want to purchase a session or package on your own, or you can pay at the pool.

When is the pool the least crowded?

Honestly, since we have expanded our open pool hours (offering approximately 25-30 hours per week), it’s not usually very crowded. In general, the afternoons are a bit quieter.
